We offer one-time exchange (per transaction),  in case if you order a wrong size wedding gown.based on following points.1.We only accept returns on non-altered wedding gowns. 2.Customized gown is not returnable. 3.If you are returning the dress for refund, there will be a 25% restocking fee applied. Shipping and handling fee/insurance fee is not refundable.
